We are terribly sorry to hear you’ve experienced a faulty/corked bottle of wine. Unfortunately wine is a natural product and as such faults do, albeit rarely, occur. However, here at The Occasional Connoisseur we will always refund, replace or recommend another wine for you, and there is no need to return the faulty/corked bottle.
Simply let our team know that you have received a faulty product (make sure to reference your order number) and we will get in touch to resolve this issue.
Under our return policy we will accept and refund any unopened bottles, providing they are in a resalable conditions (i.e. the labels are intact and you provide your order number for cross reference purposes).
If you didn’t like the wine contact our offices and our knowledgeable and experienced staff will be more than happy to exchange your wine for something we think you’ll enjoy or give you a refund.
